IO Link

IO-Link is an open standards-based serial communication protocol that allows sensors and devices to exchange data bidirectionally.

The transmission of this data over networks or buses allows the CNC to access and process it to perform analyzes or checks.
Each sensor with IO-Link transmits its specifications and functions, so that they are uniquely determined.
The advantages in using IO-Link sensors are simplified wiring, the availability of a large amount of data on their operation, remote sensor configuration, simple replacement in the event of a malfunction and obviously advanced diagnostic features.

To summarize, with IO-Link we can:
